NEW MODELS OF HOT BENTO also use AC 3.5. If you open the charge port cover and have just a single silver plug-THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT ADAPTER. Please order AC 5.5. If upir device has a copper colored plug and there is a space next to it, 3.5 is correct.

 

Hot Bento Plus has 2 heating systems, 1 powered by battery and 1 powered by AC current. The battery can be charged while on the device or by itself using the HB AC-3.5. One adapter is included with Hot Bento Plus and extra adapters can be purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: HB AC_3.5 is for charging batteries only. It cannot be used for operating AC Heating system.

To avoid errors, HB AC_3.5 and HBP ACC have different pin sizes. The battery charging adapter, HBP AC-3.5 has a 3.5 mm plug and can charge the battery on device or charge battery by itself. HBP ACC, AC operating adapter is not included and can be purchased as an accessory. It has a 5.5mm pin.
